Continuous Improvement Senior Specialistfor the site Borgo San Michele LT, ItalyWould you like to make a valuable contribution to the health of patients?And do something really meaningful on your own responsibility?Then we look forward to hearing from you Excellence beyond manufacturing - that's what we stand for as Aenova, one of the world's leading contract manufacturers and developers for the pharmaceutical industry with 4,000 employees at 15 sites.Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe's foremost hubs.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead the identification and execution of complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives.Develop and deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen Events, DMAIC, A3 Problem Solving).Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvement areas aligned with business objectives.Act as a key contributor to the site or corporate Continuous Improvement strategy.Define KPIs and drive performance reviews related to improvement initiatives.Lead internal audits and continuous improvement assessments.Coach, mentor, and train colleagues at various levels to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.Serve as a point of reference for best practices and process standardization across functions.Operates with high autonomy; trusted to make decisions and lead initiatives independently, impacts multiple departments or business units; may interface with senior leadership.Strong mentoring and coaching role; may act as a subject matter expert and leader of project teams.Your profileMaster's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or Continuous Improvement roles within structured organizations, with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certificationFluent in English, written and spokenYour motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?And you want to tackle them creatively and on your own responsibility?Do you prefer a "get-it-done" culture and think in terms of solutions rather than problems?What are you waiting for?We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversationApply nowIf you have any questions, I - Chiara Fanasca / Human Resources - will be happy to help you:Haupt Pharma Latina S.r.l.Member of the Aenova GroupStrada Statale 156 dei Monti Lepini***** Borgo San Michele LT, Italy
