Join us in exploring the new frontiers of Open Finance — this is your opportunityAs part of Fabrick's ongoing growth, we are looking for a Digital Payments Expert to join our team focused on innovative payment solutions. You will contribute to projects that redefine how users interact with financial services, with particular emphasis on contactless technologies (NFC, HCE), payment scheme integration, and digital wallet ecosystems.You will have the chance to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, characterized by collaboration, technical excellence, and tangible opportunities for professional growth.As a Digital Payments Expert, you will be involved in:Designing and integrating payment solutions leveraging NFC, HCE, and tokenization technologies.Supporting the implementation of contactless payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, domestic circuits, etc.).Contributing to the definition of functional and technical specifications in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.Ensuring compliance with scheme certifications and security requirements (EMV, PCI DSS, etc.).Participating in the evolution of wallet architectures and issuer/acquirer integrations.Acting as a subject-matter expert for payment protocols, transaction flows, and backend integration patterns.What makes you the ideal candidate:Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.Fluent English5+ years of experience in the digital payments ecosystem.Strong understanding of contactless payment technologies (NFC, HCE, SE, tokenization).Solid experience with EMV and payment scheme protocols (authorization, clearing, key management), including standards like NEXO, CPACE, ISO ****Proven knowledge of mobile payment architectures (Android/iOS wallets, OEM Pay, in-app payments).Experience with API integration and RESTful/JSON standards.Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.Nice to have:Familiarity with Open Banking / PSD2 APIs.Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and secure element personalization.Previous exposure to scheme certification processes (Visa/Mastercard Contactless).Understanding of European payment regulations and Digital Euro initiatives.Fluency in English (spoken and written).What we offer:Udemy– keep developing your technical and professional skills.GoodHabitz– design your personal and professional growth path.Wellhub– access to the largest network of gyms, apps, and sports facilities.Serenis– dedicated well-being support services.Location: Milan (hybrid work with remote flexibility)
