nuclear, waste, renewable generation and transmission & distribution networks.We provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle – from concept and design to construction, operations, decommissioning or repowering and life extension.Together with our clients, we help deliver the energy transition worldwide.Role OverviewThe Energy Transition team within our Energy unit is looking for multiple Project Managers to run our major multidisciplinary FEED and Detailed Design projects in this growing portfolio, supporting clients in the UK and across Europe as part of the energy transition.In addition to managing new and existing projects, you will play an active role in improving our project management processes, driving delivery excellence and efficiency in our business.Key Responsibilities and DutiesDeliver project management for complex Energy projects such as OCGT and CCGT at feasibility, FEED and detailed design phases.Deliver project scope within agreed time, quality and cost.Build and manage strong relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.Establish effective communications across the entire project delivery team.Take the lead on problem solving and decision making.Control internal and external commercial aspects of the project under the contract arrangements.Manage risk to the business and to the client.Work effectively on several projects concurrently to deliver on tight deadlines.Required CompetenciesProven success in the delivery of Energy sector design projects as a designer, contractor or major industry client.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Experience in contract administration.Knowledge of change management, risk, schedule and cost management, and all other aspects of project management.Ability to make complex decisions, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and accepting responsibility for own actions.Ability to create a work environment that promotes health, safety and wellbeing.Candidate SpecificationEssentialRelevant engineering or management degree or successful project-management experience in the energy sector.Proven delivery of multidisciplinary design projects.Excellent communication skills.Ability to adapt and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Collaborative skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams across different countries and cultural backgrounds.DesirableExperience within the energy sector.Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.Relevant PM
