Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di un/a Room Service Supervisor da inserire all'interno del proprio staff.La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Supervisione del turno con conseguente operatività durante il servizio;Gestione delle risorse del reparto e supervisione sul mantenimento degli standard operativi LQA;Approvvigionamento dei magazzini in collaborazione con l'Ufficio economato;Redazione della turnistica periodica del personale diretto e degli eventuali collaboratori.Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Avere una pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel medesimo ruolo e in contesti similari;Possedere ottime capacità organizzative e di coordinamento;Possedere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Affrontare con entusiasmo e spirito positivo l'incarico con spiccato orientamento al cliente;Creare affiatamento con il resto del team ed essere predisposto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Completano il profilo: precisione, attitudine al problem solving, una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale e la conoscenza del programma Micros.Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.#J-*****-Ljbffr
