For our Milan offices we are searching for a Fulfillment & Logistics Product Manager To accelerate the growth and operational excellence of logistics services across the MBE Network. Within the Product marketing department, this position supports both the strategic evolution and day-to-day improvement of logistics operations across the Directly Operated Countries (DOC), with an initial focus on the Italian market. The Fulfillment & Logistics Manager is a strategic, dual-impact role that combines high-level commercial business development with hands-on operational execution. This role will be the primary architect of Fortidia's logistics expansion, driving growth within the MBE Network across Europe while ensuring operational excellence at the local Center level. Geographies of responsibilities include: Italy, Spain & Portugal, Germany, France, the UK and Poland. The Fortidia Fulfillment & Logistics Manager will report to the Product Director Shipping & Fulfillment. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Product Management & Strategy : Support the definition and execution of the logistics business development strategy. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and service standardization across Centers. Develop and share guidelines, toolkits, and operational workflows. Network Development: Guide and coordinate the sales development of the Business Solution Centers dedicated to Fulfillment & Logistics, conducting field visits to assess operations, workflows, and improvement areas, helping MBE Centers to adopt and implement sales and operational best practices. Sales and Operational Support: Act as the subject matter expert to advise Network Partners on technical requirements, including WMS integration, warehouse layout, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, ADR). Assist Centers in preparing commercial offers and evaluating service capabilities. Facilitate workshops, working groups, and continuous improvement sessions. Suppliers & Partners Coordination: Evaluate, negotiate and onboard new suppliers. Manage relationships with key logistics suppliers (WMS, equipment, materials). Support requirement gathering, issue resolution, and rollout of solutions. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or multi-site operations. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Business & Operational Skills: Sales experience in the industry. Solid understanding of warehouse processes, WMS tools, and logistics best practices. Basic knowledge of HACCP, ADR and other warehouse regulations is a plus. Stakeholder & Project Management: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and NTW Partners. Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and managing supplier relationships. Communication: Excellent ability to interact with senior stakeholders and multi-cultural teams; prior international exposure is highly valued. Languages: Excellent mastery of written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a significant advantage.
