OpportunitàQuesta è un'interessante opportunità per entrare a far parte di un'importante realtà italiana, attiva su tutto il territorio nazionale e specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti nel settore delle infrastrutture tecnologiche, nel ruolo di Operations Manager.La posizione riporta direttamente alla Direzione Generale ed è responsabile dei risultati tecnici, economici e operativi dell'area.ResponsabilitàLa risorsa avrà la seguenti responsabilità:Presidiare e coordinare tutte le attività operative e le commesse sul territorio regionale, garantendo qualità, tempistiche e conformità tecnica;pianificare e gestire le risorse umane, tecniche e logistiche della sede locale;supervisionare i progetti e avanzamento lavori, con costante interazione con clienti, enti e fornitori;applicare e monitorare standard di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità;redigere e controllare il budget annuale e i budget di commessa, garantendo marginalità e sostenibilità economica;monitorare KPI, costi, margini e scostamenti, proponendo azioni correttive;coordinare un team di responsabili/coordinatori e contribuire ai processi HR (selezione, sviluppo, organizzazione);assicurare un costante allineamento con la Direzione Generale tramite reporting periodico e partecipazione alle attività strategiche.CompetenzeCompetenze Tecniche ed Esperienze Professionali:Laurea in Ingegneria (Civile, Elettrica, TLC, Gestionale) o percorso equivalente.8–10 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnico-gestionali in contesti impiantistici, infrastrutturali o industriali;competenze solide in Project Management, gestione SAL, pianificazione e coordinamento multidisciplinare;esperienza nella gestione economica di commesse: budget, controllo costi, marginalità;conoscenza delle normative in ambito sicurezza, qualità e (preferibile) appalti pubblici e privati;buona dimestichezza con strumenti gestionali e software di reporting;leadership operativa, autonomia decisionale, capacità di problem solving e orientamento al risultato.Disponibilità a spostamenti occasionali sul territorio regionale e presso la sede centrale.Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.Aut.Min.N. ******* del 26 Aprile ****KeyPartners Italy S.r.l. tratta i dati dei soggetti interessati nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy.Si invitano gli interessati – prima di fornire propri dati personali – a consultare l'Informativa sulla privacy ex art. 13 e 14 GDPR /
