Financial Accountant...

Our customer is an international company which is a part of an important corporate group.We are looking for a Financial Accountant who will support Finance Director in compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies on the local level.You will be in charge of:- Strategic Financial Business Management (providing financial insight, support in definition of improvement actions);- Accounting and financial closing (asset register accounting, cooperation with external auditors);- Preparation of local financial statements (local GAP and Swiss Gap FER);- Tax Management (supporting correct VAT calculation and declaration);- Risk Management & Internal Control System (supporting risk management in market, credit, liquidity and operational, ESG and in applying internal risk controls);- Supporting in local CAPEX management according to group guidelines and DoA;- Supporting for CAPEX evaluation with preparation of Business Cases;- Supporting in in monthly analysis and adjustment of inventory (raw material, semi-finished, finished goods, Work in Progress);- Treasury & Financing (supporting in local bank & insurance management);- Management Reporting to Business Unit and Group Management;- Supporting in in development of digitalized processes and lead projects;- Supporting for importing and validation of data.Requirements- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related discipline;- 3-5 years of experience in finance and controlling roles in an international environment;- Experience in the manufacturing industry and in international companies;- Deep Expertise in accounting (local gap and international gap);- Fluent English;- Expertise in liquidity / cash flow management and bank warranties;- Expertise in customs operation and VAT exemption declaration;- Expertise in managing company registers;- Expertise in investment / CAPEX management (Business Case planning, CAPEX planning, Project Controlling, Impact Controlling);- Expertise in digitalization, business transformation and tool use for efficient and effective financial and business process implementation.Work Location: Arezzo Area#J-*****-Ljbffr
