Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale operante nel settore medical devices. Per la sede situata nel distretto biomedicale diMirandola (MO), stiamo selezionando una figura di:HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALISTLa risorsa,inserita all'interno del Dipartimento Risorse Umane, si occuperà di:-Supportare la Responsabile dell'Area Payroll e Amministrazione del personale in merito a:Gestione della relazione con il dipendente;Gestione amministrativa del personale dipendente (assunzioni, variazioni contrattuali, dimissioni, presenze, scadenze);Supporto e consulenza al dipendente su tematiche quali contrattualistica, payroll, pratiche amministrative;-Supportare l'HR Manager in merito a:Gestione del processo di ricerca e assunzione del personale (dalla definizione dei requisiti alla pubblicazione degli annunci, fino ai colloqui e all'onboarding dei nuovi dipendenti);Gestione del rapporto con le Agenzie per il Lavoro relativamente al personale somministrato;Gestione delle esigenze formative dei dipendenti e dello sviluppo professionale del personale.La risorsa che stiamo cercando possiede i seguenti requisiti:-Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito umanistico o economico;-Ottime conoscenze e dimestichezza con il processo Payroll;-Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di contesti aziendali dinamici e strutturati e, preferibilmente di respiro internazionale;-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;-Elevata dimestichezza con i software gestionali.
