ResponsibilitiesLead Aftermarket solutions, including retrofits, upgrades, maintenance contracts, service operations, and spare parts.Ensure high-quality support, covering technical assistance, field service, and training programs.Drive sales performance and optimize the order-to-cash process.Support digital transformation through ERP systems.Implement root cause analysis and establish KPIs to enable continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Contribute to the definition and execution of the Aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining a hands-on approach.Lead global Aftermarket operations: service contracts, spare partsDrive strategy & performance: budget, KPIs, and customer satisfactionQualifications10+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the industrial or packaging sectorsStrong leadership and strategic mindset, with proven managerial capabilitiesDeep understanding of aftermarket business models, including spare parts and service sales dynamicsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWillingness travel internationally and work in dynamic environmentsExperience in entrepreneurial or fast-growing contexts is a strong advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approachResults-driven attitude, focused on performance and continuous improvementAn international company, recognized as a leader in the packaging sector, with global coverage and a strong focus on the food & beverage industry.An excellent opportunity to work in a company that has made quality and branding its key strengths at the international level.#J-*****-Ljbffr
