SwitzerlandTeam:You will join the new Automation department.Level:ProfessionalLocation:Chiasso, Switzerland (only for hybrid positions)Contract:Permanent full-time (EUR 36 h / week)What your impact will beDesign and build custom AI solutions:Develop applications and tools that use AI to support key business processes, tailored to specific needs across different departments.Connect AI tools with our systems:Integrate external AI platforms (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) with our existing tools using APIs, low-code platforms like n8n and custom connectors.Create data pipelines:Build systems that collect and prepare data for use in AI models and machine learning workflows.Develop and train ML models:Work on models for tasks like lead scoring, forecasting, customer experience (CX) optimization and qualification of prospects.Work with natural language processing (NLP):Create tools for analyzing conversations, automating emails and generating insights from customer interactions.Build generative AI solutions:Use generative AI to automate tasks like content creation and communication personalization.Maintain and improve systems:Update code, monitor system performance and retrain models regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.Collaborate with tech teams:Work closely with data engineers, DevOps and other developers to make sure AI tools are scalable and reliable.What You Might BuildNLP-based systems that analyze calls and emails.Virtual assistants and chatbots to support internal teams.Recommendation engines that guide real-time sales or support actions.Automated tools to generate personalized content.Dashboards and reporting tools that surface AI-generated insights.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on AI development:You've built and shipped AI solutions that led to real business impact – whether that's increased revenue, reduced cost or improved customer satisfaction (NPS).Fast, practical builder:You move quickly from idea to working prototype and improve as you go.You aim for results, not perfection.End-to-end problem solver:You take ownership from idea to deployment, writing documentation only when needed and focusing on what works.Strong technical troubleshooting:You can quickly find the cause of technical issues using logs, dev tools or pattern matching.Security-aware mindset:You understand authentication, authorization scopes and safe handling of credentials.Communicator and storyteller:You present your ideas clearly, show live demos with confidence and help business teams understand the value of your work.Your Skills and ToolsLanguages & Tools:Hands-on experience with n8n, low-code platforms (like Mendix) and programming in Python and/or JavaScript.AI / ML Development:Skilled in building and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Data & APIs:Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based infrastructure and microservices architecture.Software Practices:Familiar with Git, CI / CD pipelines and the full software development lifecycle.NLP & Generative AI:Experience with natural language processing tools and large language models (LLMs) for generative tasks.Cloud & Deployment:Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.Additional Information – Perks of working with
