MPProfessional,incollaborationwithamultinationalcompanyspecializedinindustrialpackaging,logisticsanddigitalsolutionsworldwide, islookingforanexperiencedanddrivenBusinessDevelopmentManagertojoinadynamicteam.ThiskeyrolewillberesponsibleforexpandingourcustomerbaseintheEmilia-Romagnaarea,leveragingindustryexpertiseandastrongprofessionalnetwork.Theidealcandidatehasapassionforindustrialpackagingsolutionsandiseagertocontributetotheclient'smissionofdeliveringsustainablepackaginginnovations.Youwillcreatebusinessopportunitieswithnewcustomers,identifytheirongoingneedsandprovidecompletepackagingsolutions(CPS)andservicestomeetthoseneeds.Identifyanddevelopnewrevenuestreamswithinexistingaccountsfollowingthestart-upphaseofbusiness.MainResponsibilities:IdentifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitieswithintheEmilia-RomagnaregionLeverageexistingclientcontactsandactivelyprospectnewcustomersGrowanewportfolioofaccounts,ensuringlong-termpartnershipsCollaboratewithinternalteamstotailorsolutionsbasedoncustomerneedsAnalyzemarkettrendsandcompetitorstooptimizesalesstrategiesPrepareandpresentcompellingproposalstoclientsNegotiatebusinessagreementsonaregularbasisincludingpriceagreementtermsandconditionsRegularandproactivecommunicationwithcustomerbaseInitiateandprovideadministrativesupportanddocumentsasnecessarytofacilitateorderprocessing,booking,shipment,installation,acceptance,invoicing,andpaymentAssistincollectionofpayablesasneededuponrequestfromAccountingGeneratenewopportunitiescallingonexistingcustomersand/orfollowinguponincomingleads.IncreasegrossmarginswhereapplicableAppliesaconsultativeapproachtoallcustomercontactsfromowner-leveltoC-levelleadersAppointmentsetting,onlinecollaborativeandin-personmeetingswithpotentialandexistingclientsArticulateclients'scompletepackagingsolution(CPS)andservicesResolvecustomerissuesinatimelyandpositivemannerDrivesthedevelopmentandimplementationofnewsolutionsasadditionalproductorserviceopportunitiesarisewithinnewandexistingcustomerbase:FollowClientsalesprocessindraftingandpresentingnewproductandserviceproposals.Examinecustomerspecificationsandprepareproposalsthatfulfillcustomerrequirements.CoordinatewithClientEngineeringCenterregardingdesignrequirements.AdherestoandcomplieswithClient'sprocessesincludingopportunitycreationandpipelinemanagement,quoting,ordermanagement,purchasing,etc.EvaluateandqualifyleadopportunitiesandenterleaddataintoCRM,asapplicableMaintainawarenessofcompetitor'ssaleseffortsandprogramsinthebranchterritoryConductsallbusinesstransactionswithDivisionalandCompanygoalsinmind.ProtectClient'sbestinterestsinallcustomerandprospectiveaccounts.UseallreasonableeffortstosellClientproductsandservices.Accomplishesalltasksasappropriatelyassignedorrequested.ExperienceandEducationRequirements:DegreeinPackaging,Business,Marketing,Logistics,SupplyChainManagement,orMechanicalEngineeringorequivalentexperience3+yearsofexperienceinSalesposition2+YearsSalesExperienceinaProjectManagercapacityorsellingtoindustrialcustomers3-5yearsofexperienceinindustrialpackaging(B2Benvironment)isamustLeadershipexperienceinafast-pacedenvironmentisaplusUnderstandingofprinciplesofproductcostingandpricingSolidunderstandingofQualityManagementSystemsandProceduresDemonstratedabilitytoidentifyandsolvecomplexcustomerproblemsSalesorbusinessdevelopmentexperiencewithanyofthefollowing:Industrial,transport,orexportpackagingservicesWoodcrating&palletsFoam,corrugated,PEBags,etc.SupplyChain,Logistics,Warehousing,orInventoryControlThirdPartyPackagingand/orContractPackagingServicesSalesexperienceinheavyindustriesand/orautomotive,telecom,defense,military,energy.FluentinEnglish,bothwrittenandverbalAbilitytoread,analyzeandinterpretthemostcomplexlegalandfinancialdocumentsAbilitytobeabletocommunicateclearlyandeffectivelytoallemployees,customer,andvendorsAbilitytobeabletomakeeffectivepersuasivepresentationsProfessionalPrinciples:Toalwaysactinaprofessionalandethicalmanner.Tomaintainapositiveworkenvironmentandrecognizethatthisisasharedresponsibilityandincludesrecognition,respect,co-operation,andopencommunication.SkillsandCompetences:Datadriven,organized,proactive,inquiringmindSuperiortimemanagementskills.Strongcommunicationskills–tothepointandstraightforwardStronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillsGoodExcelskills,includingstrongfinancialmodellingskills,andproficientinMSPowerPointandotherMSOfficeapplications.Stronginterpersonal,organizationalandcommunicationskills,andcomfortableinteractingwithalllevelsoftheorganization,customers,andvendorsTheabilitytoquicklyidentify,prioritize,andexecutetaskstomeetcriticalprojectdeadlinesTeamleadershipskillsExperienceproblem-solvingwithinmulti-facetedandcomplexsystemsExperiencenegotiatingwiththird-partyprovidersofproductsandservicesStrategicthinker,strongteamplayerandteambuilderwhohasacan-doattitudeandhaveahands-on,take-ownershippersonality.#J-*****-Ljbffr
