We\re Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology and one of the world\s fastest-growing SaaS firms.We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing AI, data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need your help.Care to join us?The TeamCelonis Services is a strategic services organisation that focuses on the technical aspects of our customers\ journeys as well as generating tangible business value during engagements.It includes Consulting Services, Academy and Customer Support.We are thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, and focus on delivering Celonis implementations, maximizing business value, and driving product adoption for our customers.We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement, and support expertise.The RoleAs aSenior Consultant – Supply Chain Management, you lead our agile project teams to accelerate our customers' digital transformation and drive Celonis' international expansion.You identify our customers' strategic priorities – particularly inend-to-end supply chain and operations processes– and lead your project team towards developing data-driven process insights and actions to ensure that customers receive maximum value.You always leverage the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning.The work you'll do:InitiateConduct business workshops to translate customers\ supply chain and operational objectives into high-impact Celonis use casesCoordinate with Data Operations teams from Celonis to connect our solution to the customer IT environment (e.g., ERP, SCM, and logistics systems)ImplementLead the Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle defined supply chain use cases (data modelling, data transformations, process analysis building, KPIs building)Use our Celonis technology to identify inefficiencies in procurement, logistics, production, or inventory processes and uncover root causes, always in close collaboration with the customerAdoptLead value workshops to develop business cases and define measures to improve supply chain performanceDefine the most relevant KPIs measuring customer success (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, lead times, working capital impact)Quantify the business and financial potential and present findings to supply chain and business leadersAutomate tasks to drive measurable value and improve supply chain resilience and process conformanceMonitor and enableManage customer expectations and project planningDemonstrate and train customer users, setting the foundation for long-term supply chain transformation and customer successThe qualifications you need5+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally withexposure to supply chain or operations domainsDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (data models)Strong knowledge of data-related languages (SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus)A strong appetite for value-driven approaches (KPI definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches) and data topics (Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining)Understanding of supply chain processes (e.g.,procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management) and related financial metrics;
