Field : cybersecurity & advanced digital defense solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitation & CoordinationLead & facilitate key SAFe / Agile events, including Program Increment ( PI ) Planning , System Demo & Inspect & Adapt ( I&A )Serve as the central communication point between development teams , Product Management , stakeholders & internal departmentsManage & optimize the value stream through the Agile Release Train (ART), leveraging tools such as YouTrack for tracking features, dependencies & program backlogDevOps & CI/CDSupport development teams in defining , maintaining & improving CI/CD pipelinesOversee integration & usage of tools for automated builds & deployments ( Jenkins ) & for artifact management & versioning ( JFrog Artifactory )Promote DevOps best practices, automation & IaC principlesQuality Assurance & PerformanceCollaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test planning & execution using TestRail for test case management & reportingSupport performance engineering by integrating & managing load & stress testing ( JMeter )Define & monitor key metrics related to quality, stability & performanceRelease Management & CommunicationManage the overall release plan , coordinating all activities from development through production deploymentEnsure timely & accurate creation & distribution of release notes , documenting new features , fixes & release detailsCore technical skillsAgile Frameworks : Scrum , Kanban or SAFe (strongly preferred)Project / Issue Tracking : YouTrack , Jira or Azure DevOpsCI/CD Automation : Jenkins , GitLab CI or CircleCIArtifact Management : JFrog Artifactory or NexusTest Management : TestRail , Zephyr or XrayPerformance Testing : JMeter or other load testing toolsIaC : Terraform , Ansible or CloudFormationVersion Control : Git , GitLab or GitHubRequirements5+ years of experience in Agile leadership roles ( RTE , Senior Scrum Master or Agile DevOps Lead )Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks & Scaled Agile ( SAFe ) methodologiesHands-on experience in managing CI / CD pipelines & DevOps automationDeep understanding of branching strategies , automated testing & continuous deployment processesAbility to analyze & optimize end-to-end development flow from planning to releaseExcellent communication , negotiation & conflict management skills, to connect technical teams & business stakeholders to ensure a consistent & high-quality value streamLocation: on-site 5 /5 – RomeFreelancers are highly welcomed tooCandidates of any gender identity , after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available at are kindly requested to submit their CV in PDF format, quoting the reference number (Ref. ****** ).
