At Bosch, we care; for you, our business, and our environment.At Bosch, we shape the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services that spark enthusiasm and enrich people's lives.Our areas of activity are every bit as diverse as our outstanding Bosch-teams around the world.Their creativity is the key to innovation through connected living, mobility or industry.At Bosch eBike Systems, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drives units and the first production-ready ABS for eBikes to smart connectivity solutions.As Sport Marketing Manager at Bosch eBike Systems you will work in close collaboration with the Headquarter in Germany.You will be in a team of two persons responsible for marketing in Italy.Based on the global marketing strategy and objectives, you will support the rollout of global marketing activities and additionally define and execute local marketing activities for sport sector, across all marketing channels.Responsible for thesportive and leisure segments(including mountain bike and trekking) fromstrategic to operational levels;Responsible ofoperational implementation of the global marketingactivities across the customer journey and all marketing channelsfor sportive segment;Responsible forSales Marketing activitiestowards IBDsin close collaboration with service support team in the country;Planning and implementation of localeBike eventsfor end consumers, to support IBDs and for OEMs on demand, for segment related to sport and leisure;Cooperation withtourismpartner to reinforce brand positioning and product awareness in the sport segment;Brand ambassadorsmanagement andsponsoringfor sportive topics.Continuously monitor/analyze the market/competitive situation and prepareregular reports onmarket situation and marketing activities in the sport segment;Responsible ofproject management, collaboration with headquarters, press relation, budget controllingfor sportive and leisure segmentsin collaboration with current marketing manager.Completed university studies (master degree or equivalent) in marketing/communications;3-5 years' experience in B2B2C marketing (retail and end-consumer) in the sport industry with a strong focus on outdoor activities, bicycle and eBike;~ Experience in project management of marketing mixes (events, online, sales marketing, sponsoring);~ Knowledge and skills of common marketing tools and methods, excellent communication skills;Ready for action, flexible, team player, hands on mentality, passionate cyclist;Languages:~ Excellent spoken and written in Italian and English.The head office for eBike in Italy is located in Torino, but the position is compatible with remote working style with frequent travels to Italian offices in Turin and Milan and to the eBike venues.
