Global Head of Growth Marketing , Amazon PhotosJob ID: | Amazon.com Services LLCAmazon Photos is a large Prime benefit providing unlimited photo storage to Prime members in eight countries around the world.In addition to iOS and Android apps, Amazon Photos powers the photos experiences on all Alexa+ devices including Echo Show and Fire TV.Join Amazon Photos as the Global Head of Growth Marketing, where you'll lead a highly visible, strategic function responsible for customer acquisition across multiple channels and marketplaces worldwide, including GTMs around new marketplace launches.You will define and execute performance-driven campaigns, oversee experimentation, and grow a high-performing marketing team.As a strategic leader, you'll partner across Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering, leveraging Amazon's scale to drive measurable growth via paid media.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global performance marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels including Display, Paid Media, Search, App Marketing, and Amazon-owned properties.Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance team, building a results-driven culture grounded in experimentation and customer obsession.Manage and drive execution through external marketing agencies.Design and execute customer segmentation and cohort strategies, optimizing acquisition campaigns and tracking KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation, and churn.Work closely with the GM of the Amazon Photos business to report on performance of all spend to Amazon VPs and SVPs.Be part of the Amazon Photos leadership team with significant influence on business strategy.Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, creative, and ad formats to drive acquisition and engagement.Build automated reporting dashboards, performance tracking mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, analytics, and global finance to launch growth campaigns.Drive innovation by identifying whitespace opportunities and scaling best practices across territories.Basic Qualifications10+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).5+ years of team management experience.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience managing teams.Experience communicating results to senior leadership.Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 in growth, performance, or digital acquisition roles.Proven success scaling consumer-facing digital products at scale, ideally subscription or freemium models.Hands-on experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets across multiple channels and geographies, with a strong ROI focus.Direct, hands-on experience with DSPs, Paid Social platforms, Google Search/App campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and familiarity with ad-fraud prevention mechanisms/tools.Experience driving the implementation of a robust technology stack (e.g. mobile attribution partner, data segmentation layer).Deep analytical skills; a strong bias toward data-driven decision making (Excel, Tableau, SQL, analytics tools).Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience and influence within matrixed organizations.Experience with app-first or freemium consumer services (subscription, storage, photo products).Technical familiarity with experimentation tooling, attribution models, and performance analytics (incrementality, user health analysis).Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, Masters) or equivalent quantitative training.Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.For more information, please visit This position will remain posted until filled.Applicants should apply via our internal or external career site.Equal Opportunity Employer– Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.#J-*****-Ljbffr
