Job Description•Define and deploy Quality strategyfor Services product lines aligned with Transit Quality Strategy, including continuous improvement plans and cultural transformation initiatives•Monitor and control Quality performancethrough KPIs across Customer interface, Engineering, and Project Management to achieve customer targets and ensure on-time deliverables•Manage Customer Quality Interfaceas primary representative for quality matters, ensuring professional meeting preparation, achievement of committed targets, and timely escalation of issues•Lead quality organizationincluding PQE, Product Quality teams, and Regional Quality network while developing, training, and coaching team members on quality excellence•Ensure QMS complianceacross Services Sites and Transit QMS while supporting Quality BPO for process and tools deployment•Manage Safety cases and Hot issuesuntil LLC implementation is secured, with proper escalation from OU/PL to Regions/Transit level•Own quality budgetincluding preparation, execution, and follow-up aligned with product line strategy•Exercise stop/release authorityfor any Process/Product/Project (APQP) within the Product Line and all Operating Units to ensure quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldExtensive experience in quality management within production/industrial settings, particularly in Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or similar sectorsStrong background in Project Management and/or continuous improvement methodologiesProven ability to navigate complex, international matrix organizationsFluent in English (written and verbal)Additional InformationWhat could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?At Wabtec, it's not just about a job - it's about the impact you make.
