Role ObjectiveAs aProduction Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling the company's ambitious growth, fostering operational excellence, and leading the digital transformation of our production planning processes.You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping us build a smarter, faster, and more connected manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of production planning across multiple lines (make to stock and make to order), ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.Translate business needs into actionable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.Lead the implementation of digital tools (MES, Power BI KPI dashboards, others) to continuously improve and streamline planning processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve responsiveness.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, throughput, inventory levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to strategic planning and capacity expansion projects as the company scales.Required SkillsStrong command of ERP systems and planning tools.Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.Experience with digital transformation projects (e.g., MES implementation, data analytics).Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're comfortable working across departments and influencing decisions.A passion for improvement, innovation, and making things work better.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Education and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Managerial or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; minimum 3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.Personality TraitsCurious: Eager to understand, improve, and innovate.Accountable: Takes ownership of goals, deadlines, and outcomes.Determined: Stays focused and persistent when facing obstacles.Organized: Manages time, priorities, and complexity effectively.Self-driven: Works independently and knows when to involve others.In return, we offerAtlas Copco BLM offers an opportunity to work in an international environment that valuesdiversity,inclusion, andinnovation.Our culture is built oncollaboration,continuous learning, andsustainable growth.We are deeply committed to environmental responsibility and encourage our people to bring their ideas to life through high-tech products that make a real impact.LocationOn-site at our office in Paderno Dugnano (MI).You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.#J-*****-Ljbffr
