System Monitoring and Support: monitoring system performance and availability, responding to alerts and ensuring systems are running smoothly.2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: assisting in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing first-level support to internal teams and escalating when necessary.3. Software Build and Deployment: supporting the build and deployment process of software updates, ensuring successful implementation and minimizing downtime.4. Documentation and Reporting: maintaining accurate documentation of system changes, incidents, and resolutions, and assisting in creating reports for ongoing system health.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong Knowledge of Linux OS and the related programming environments.Familiarity with network configuration, security, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with container technologies (e.g. Docker).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.ADDITIONAL SKILLSKnowledge/Experience on OpenStack.Expertise in automation tools and scripting for system administration (e.g. Ansible).Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimise systems.Good in time and priority management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment.Good communication skills in English.COMPENSATION PACKAGECompetitive salary package for international standards.Wide range of staff discounts.2 days of remote working per week.Flexible working time.Please submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV, a cover letter (outlining motivation, experience and qualifications) and any documents demonstrating previous relevant working experience related to the position duties.#J-*****-Ljbffr
