As a Vaccines Account Specialist, you will drive optimal vaccine volume planning and use through strategic product information, stakeholder engagement, and tender processes.You will serve as the technical expert on vaccines, therapeutic classes, and patient needs, building long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and health professionals.You'll collaborate with regional and local teams to align accounts with brand plans and market access.This role offers the chance to shape vaccine campaigns, influence decision makers, and contribute to global immunisation goals.You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment at AstraZeneca, making a meaningful difference in patient sForge partnerships with vaccine stakeholders at local and regional levels to optimise product volume definition and consumptionEngage healthcare professionals in discussions about indications and product safety/efficacy profiles to ensure appropriate consumptionExecute tendering procedures with the Tender department and Market AccessSupport Local Health Units/Departments in implementing vaccine campaigns through initiatives and programsImplement account strategy across the sales organisation for target accountsCommunicate with Brand Team and sales leadership about account-specific programs and activitiesComplete all training requirements, including product examinationsDevelop local strategy and business plan with the National Sales Account Manager to meet or exceed goalsAlign with Regional/Local Access Managers on policies related to vaccines and flu preventionMaintain knowledge of market demographics and managed markets information for the territoryProvide timely communication on timelines, bid processes, and requirements, identifying issues with accountsComply with regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionalsDegree or previous experience as RepProject management and team development abilityAbility to collaborate with and influence peersStrong communication and platform skillsUnderstanding of financial concepts and contracting issues including legal and pricing implicationsKnowledge of institutional scenarios at National, Regional and Local level#J-*****-Ljbffr
