This would involve remote support to the UK contracts, as well as in country support to contracts in Italy.Key activities•Technical analysis and reporting of machinery data (including but not limited to vibration data)•Peer reviewing technical reports and documents•Able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver our CM contract requirements to a high standard•Possibility of occasional site visits within the Italy region to perform routine and ad-hoc additional testing, including offshore.•Able to work independently and confidently•Customer engagement (with office-based support team and site personnel)•Customer Consultation (with office-based support team and site personnel)•Italian national, but being fluent in English is essential for this roleKey Metrics•Efficiency of data analysis and reporting•Accuracy of analysis & recommendations•Willingness to learn and develop in the role•Customer satisfaction•Shared SLI, quality, profitability metricsKey skills and experiences•Engineering degree or equivalent experience.•English language•Minimum 3 years' experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors).•Vibration Analysis ISO ******* Category 2•Good level of communication and reporting•Lubrication Analysis ISO ******* Category 2, or equivalentSpecialist skills•Vibration Analysis ISO ******* Category 3•Experience with client CMMS systems, like SAP and Maximo•Use of various hardware/software, preferably Emerson ****/AMS•Good knowledge of Microsoft officeQualifications•To conduct analysis of routine condition monitoring data, including vibration and other techniques.•To report Condition Monitoring analysis results and associated corrective actions/recommendations•To conduct specialist vibration analysis and equipment troubleshooting (e.g. Balancing, Orbit Analysis, etc).•Mentoring of clients in basic Condition Monitoring techniques.•To continuously improve the effectiveness of condition monitoring programmes, through defined review process in conjunction with the contract service delivery manager..•Using a defined process, demonstrate the benefit of carrying out recommendations.•Work within the requirements of the John Crane Integrated Management System (IMS).
