Siamo una boutique di headhunting specializzata nella ricerca di profili senior e middle management.Per un nostro cliente specializzato nel settore dei servizi infrastrutturali operante in ambiente enterprise stiamo ricercando due figure di System Administrator (una per la sede di Milano, una per la sede di Lecce)Il ruoloLa figura verrà inserita in un team internazionale e si occuperà principalmente di supporto specialistico, tuning, troubleshouting e nuove installazioni operando su sistemi Windows/Linux in un'ottica di sviluppo, test, integrazione e produzione.Principali responsabilità:Gestione dei server (Windows, Linux).Monitoraggio e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura IT.Gestione della rete: LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, DNS, proxyImplementazione di politiche di sicurezza e controllo degli accessiGestione dello storage, con configurazione e manutenzione di sistemi NAS e di backup.Supporto tecnico agli utenti e troubleshooting per la risoluzione di bug e anomalieRequisiti:Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Sistemista/System Engineer in ambienti enterprise, con competenze avanzate su Windows e Linux.Ottima conoscenza di storage, cloud, virtualizzazione (VMware), clustering e sicurezza.Capacità di installazione server, troubleshooting e problem solving su infrastrutture complesse.Approfondita conoscenza di reti, TCP/IP e servizi (DNS, DHCP, Firewall).Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.Disponibilità a svolgere brevi trasferte.Sede di lavoro: Milano (zona sud/ovest)/LecceModalità di lavoro: in sede, dal lunedì al venerdì.Sono previste saltuarie e brevi trasferte presso clienti, in Italia e all'estero.
