You'll create and maintain essential documentation, participate in agile ceremonies to enhance value delivery, while working closely with other teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements for a highly technical and data-driven product.Define and maintain clear documentation on platform and AI models capabilitiesPrioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with platform strategyParticipate in agile ceremonies to maximize delivered value.Drive structured user feedback collection and translate insights into platform enhancementsWork closely with AI teams and Data Engineering to enable advanced analytics ML workflows, and robust data pipelinesRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field2+ years of experience in product management or ownership for data-intensive or AI-driven software productsDemonstrated understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and the challenges of productizing AI modelsUnderstanding of data engineering concepts and best practices for ensuring data qualityStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesCuriosity and innovation mindset, with passion for AI technologies and modern data platformsA great candidate will haveKnowledge of time series analysis, forecasting, or optimization algorithmsHands-on experience with AI/ML frameworksFamiliarity with the CPG industry and Revenue Management processesProduct Ownership or Product Management certificationWhat We OfferA challenging role in a fast-growing AI-driven revenue management company.A diverse and international team with strong ownership and a can-do mentality.Opportunities to contribute to the organization's growth and development.A cross-functional role spanning geographies and departments.Flexible working with hybrid and remote options (HQ in Bologna).Location Preferences:Our Technical Hub is located in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna, and we offer hybrid work arrangements.
