You'll work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales Operations, and collaborate with factory Supply Planning teams and local copackers to ensure excellent customer service and optimized inventory levels. Your focus will be on effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations process.Key Responsibilities:Analyze sales data, market, and category trends to build reliable demand forecastsMonitor and adjust gaps between forecast and actual demand to ensure product availability and optimize inventoryTrack stock levels and slow-moving items to reduce obsolete inventorySupport Marketing in planning and managing new product launchesAnalyze and rationalize the SKU portfolioManage planning toolsMeasure and analyze KPIsWrite your recipe for growth at STAR (GBfoods Italy)If you have...2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning roles within multinational FMCG companies, with exposure to structured S&OP processesA degree in Engineering or EconomicsExcellent Excel skillsFamiliarity with ERP systems, especially SAP IBP Demand (a plus)Good command of EnglishAnd you bring...Strong analytical skillsAttention to detailSystemic vision and strategic thinkingResults-oriented mindsetTeamwork and collaboration skillsApply now and add flavor to your futureAt STAR and GBfoods, we value diversity.
