Front Office Manager - Capo Ricevimento - Bluserena Sede CentraleFront Office Manager stagione estiva **** - VOI Tanka Village, SardegnaSanta Teresa Gallura, Sardinia, ItalyCoordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività del Front Office (accoglienza, check-in/check-out, guest relations).Guidare, motivare e formare il team garantendo un servizio di eccellenza.Gestire richieste degli ospiti, eventuali criticità e VIP handling.Collaborare con i reparti Housekeeping, Reservations e F&B per garantire fluidità operativa.Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure interne.Monitorare KPI, reportistica e performance del reparto.Supportare la direzione nelle attività strategiche e operative.Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Front Office Manager in hotel 5* o resort di lusso.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; preferibile la conoscenza di una seconda lingua.Spiccate capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione dello stress.Ottime competenze comunicative e orientamento al servizio.Ottima opportunità di carriera.#J-*****-Ljbffr
