About GoodyearWe're dedicated to producing, innovating, and servicing the best tires in the world.For over 125 years, Goodyear has led the way in developing smart solutions that shape the future of mobility.Today, we're one global team driven by bold thinking, relentless energy, and a passion for exceeding expectations.If you're ready to embrace change and grow your impact, let's go.Why This Role MattersAs aFleet Service Technicianyou will be a part ofTotal Mobilityin Italy supporting North of the country.What You'll DoGoodyear Total Mobility: Communicate, support, and coordinate our quality service provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for Goodyear contracted fleets.Drive service provider improvements with particular emphasis on cost-effectiveness and appropriate service levels.Tire management, control, monitoring all the tires so they are used correctly (reuse where relevant).In collaboration with internal stakeholders establish guidelines and service policies to achieve the best mileage performance.Service Providers: working with them to be sure that a high standard of quality service is provided, enabling this through effective communication, improvement plans, and use of Goodyear technological applications.Coordinating with fleet customer points of contact, to enable the provision of quality service.Tire maintenance services: auditing, controlling, monitoring and analyzing the services provided.To register and promote the registration of the shipment and monitoring of demounted tires for recycling and retread, via Goodyear's system application.To promote the use and training of our mobility solutions, and to follow up and analyze data provided by our reporting tools, with a view to optimizing and improving our profitability.Have a proactive approach to the use of our reporting tools, auditing service reviews in order to develop and implement service improvement plans.What You'll BringKnowledge in Tyre Dealer Operations (nice to have)Post-Sale Service for truck and fleet tires (nice to have).Tire transport industry knowledge (nice to have).Microsoft Office (user), Excel (preferably Advanced), Internet (user), Apps (user).This position should be based in North of Italy with availability to travel (80%).Flexibility, communication skills, agile approach to day to day activities.Languages: Italian (native) and English (B1 level)We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.Even if you don't meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.#LI-JS1Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.It employs about 68,000 people and manufactures its products in 51 facilities in 19 countries around the world.Its two Innovation Centers in Akron, Ohio, and Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg, strive to develop state-of-the-art products and services that set the technology and performance standard for the industry.For more information about Goodyear and its products, go to Goodyear.com.Goodyear is an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any characteristic protected by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
