Guided by our mission"Shaping airflow for future generations", Multi-Wing Group is a global leader in custom-designed axial fan solutions for the HVAC/R and Powertrain cooling industries.For more than 60 years, we have continuously expanded our innovative modular systems to deliver efficient, flexible, and quiet airflow solutions worldwide.Our work contributes to a safer, healthier planet for future generations.The RoleWe are looking for aMechanical Engineer – Motor Designto join our Motors & Drives R&D team in Senago.In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical design, development, and optimization of electric motor components used in axial fan applications.You will play a key role in ensuring the mechanical robustness, manufacturability, efficiency, and long-term reliability of our motor solutions.The position involves close collaboration with electrical motor designers, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to deliver high-performance, industry-leading products.What You'll Be DoingMechanical Design & DevelopmentDesign mechanical components and subsystems for electric motors, from concept to productionCreate 3D models, technical drawings, and mechanical specifications for housings, shafts, bearings, end-caps, cooling structures, and interfacesPerform structural, thermal, and vibration simulations (FEA) to ensure performance, reliability, and complianceEnsure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specificationsMaterials & Manufacturing EngineeringSelect appropriate materials and surface treatments to balance durability, thermal performance, and costCollaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for machining, casting, molding, and assemblySupport supplier evaluations and contribute to DFM and DFMEA activitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, procurement, quality) to align on mechanical requirements, risks, and dependenciesCommunicate complex mechanical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProvide mechanical engineering input during customer discussions when requiredDocumentation & Knowledge SharingPrepare and maintain clear, structured mechanical documentation and design recordsSupport training and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen mechanical engineering capabilities across the organizationWhat We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldExperienceProven experience in mechanical design of rotating machinery, electric motors, pumps, or similar systemsStrong background in mechanical simulations (structural, thermal, vibration)Technical SkillsProficiency in CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, NX)Experience with FEA tools (e.g. Ansys, Creo Simulate)Solid understanding of materials engineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPersonal AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive, with a high level of ownershipDetail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precisionAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesInnovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvementOther RequirementsWillingness to travel occasionally for project meetings, testing, and collaboration with global teamsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeEnglish proficiency at B2–C1 levelWhat We OfferA technically challenging role in a global, innovation-driven organizationClose collaboration with international, cross-functional teamsOpportunities to work on advanced motor and airflow technologiesThe chance to contribute to sustainable, energy-efficient solutions with global impactYour new job is inItaly, DenmarkWe'd love you to start with usMarch ****ContractFull timeYour new manager isWhy work at Multi-Wing?Working in Multi-Wing is like building a rocket ship while flying it.We are going through the biggest change in the company's history.Evolving to meet the needs of a changing world, innovating, expanding, diversifying in the Americas, Asia, Europe and beyond.You should really consider joining us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
