La risorsa si occuperà della gestione strategica dei fornitori, del processo di approvvigionamento e del supporto alla pianificazione della produzione, interfacciandosi costantemente con gli uffici Produzione, Qualità e Tecnico.Nello specifico, si occuperà di:richiesta e valutazione offerte, analizzando prezzi e condizioni di fornitura;emissione degli ordini di acquisto e monitoraggio costante dell'avanzamento delle forniture;gestione solleciti e risoluzione delle criticità legate ai ritardi di consegna;analisi delle performance dei fornitori (costi, lead time) e collaborazione con l'ufficio Qualità per la gestione delle non conformità;analisi dei fabbisogni materiali tramite sistema MRP;coordinamento tra la disponibilità dei materiali e la capacità produttiva aziendale;gestione del conto lavoro esterno e definizione delle priorità produttive;monitoraggio continuo dello stato di avanzamento degli ordini di produzione.Quali requisiti stiamo cercando?minimo di esperienza maturata in uffici acquisti, preferibilmente in contesti metalmeccanici;buona padronanza dei sistemi ERP, degli strumenti di pianificazione e di Excel;Diploma tecnico (meccanico o industriale); titoli di studio superiori saranno considerati un plus;buona conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.Il candidato ideale possiede eccellenti capacità organizzative, è in grado di gestire priorità e urgenze e dimostra una buona tenuta psicologica nel lavorare sotto pressione.--La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).
