Your roleThe Project Manager is responsible for managing one or more of the projects, adopting company tools and best practices.Specifically, he/she works together with all internal departments to ensure the successful execution of a project within the company's contractual terms and performance objectives, as well as customer satisfaction.He / she acts as the focal point of the project throughout the life of the project.In particular, he/she:Manages all phases of the project from pre-award in the contract phase to obtaining the job order.Supports the business office in the offer finalization and final negotiation, coordinating contract review and acceptance procedures.Obtains all information relevant to the project, understand the offer in all its details, identify variables and any critical issues.Coordinates the kick-off meeting to transfer relevant information to all company stakeholders and launch the project in the management/ERP.Communicates with internal and external customers regarding financial, commercial and technical aspects to ensure satisfactory project execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor and control the overall progress of projects through various stages, from sales to Engineering, production, installation and commissioning, providing support to customers and internal departments by facilitating information flow and communication as much as possible.Represent the company during meetings and negotiations with the client during the life of a project, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining company performance.Perform periodic review of contract finances by reviewing actual reported costs and projected costs to complete the remaining work against budgeted costs, both line item and contract level.Support the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of major components and machinery purchased in accordance with contract requirements.Promotes a clear communication and information sharing across all stakeholders, both internal and externalIdentifies, tracks, evaluates and minimizes projects risksYour profileBachelor's degree in engineering management or technical field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials).Previous experience of 2-3 years in companies working preferably in the plant engineering sectorPMP certification will be a plusWillingness to travel throughout the country, Europe and outside the EUExcellent knowledge of English, spoken and written.Knowledge of German, will be a plusExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent analytical, accuracy and problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills and propensity for teamworkStrong goal orientation and adaptabilityGood communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and colleaguesYour Working environmentThe Business Area Technologies is part of the international technology group Körber.We have 12,000 employees working on developing outstanding machines, software and AI solutions for you worldwide.They all combine entrepreneurial thinking, a passion for technology and a constant desire for improvement.This spirit was born in **** in a workshop in Hamburg.Today, we are the world technology and market leader in many industries.
