professionals.This department is organized into cross-functional teams (CFTs) across five domains.These domains include:Customer Lifecycle, focusing on account management and complianceBusiness Account, enhancing payments and financial toolsSystems & Monetization, optimizing integrations and pricingFinancial Tools, supporting cash flow management and bookkeepingRegate by Qonto, a platform successful experience as a manager, demonstrating your ability to lead, develop, and retain talent.Technical Expertise: You have strong experience as a software engineer, proficiency in Go is a great bonus, and you have been exposed to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications.Leadership: You collaboratively lead the evolution of your team, setting clear goals and helping team members grow professionally.Team player: You have excellent communication skills, which help you diffuse knowledge across teams and align people to work successfully on their projects.Languages: You
