OverviewFounded in ****, Staff International is a Creative Production Platform, based on employees' worth recognition, technological innovation, and sustainable practices, part of OTB Group.With over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry, at the service of both OTB's brands and international licensed labels, Staff International represents the soundest Made in Italy craftsmanship.We ground creative visions on research and analysis to implement reliable knowledge in our complete production cycle.In an ever-changing fashion environment, our job keeps the highest standards of brand consistency, making flexibility and speed key features of complexity management.That's how we design, produce and globally distribute collections working side to side with the most relevant personalities of the fashion scene - while taking care of content development and implementation, finely curated for every purpose, from media to commerce, from retail to metaverse.As a key industrial platform for some of the labels in OTB's portfolio, including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Jil Sander, Marni and Diesel's shoes, bags, and small leather goods division, Staff International also works under an exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2.La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'areaFinance, sarà responsabile di garantire la corretta gestione e la coerenza dei processi contabili della società per l'area di competenza, coordinando le attività affidate al Shared Service Center (SSC) e garantendo il rispetto delle procedure e delle politiche contabili del Gruppo.Lavorerà a riporto del Responsabile Amministrativo, con cui si occuperà della chiusura dei bilanci, della validazione dei dati contabili e del monitoraggio della qualità dei processi amministrativi.ResponsibilitiesGarantire la corretta tenuta delle scritture contabili relative all'area Contabilità Generale, sia riferite alle chiusure mensili che a quelle del bilancio annuale, comprese quelle secondo i principi contabili internazionali IFRS/IAS ai fini del bilancio consolidato di gruppo;Verificare periodicamente le voci economiche e patrimoniali e il coordinamento delle relative operazioni di quadratura e rettifica;Supportare le attività relative all'area Contabilità Generale delle società partecipate italiane;Verificare la corretta tenuta della contabilità della stabile organizzazione estera francese, interagendo con i consulenti locali;Collaborare alla predisposizione del bilancio d'esercizio delle società italiane e del bilancio consolidato della stabile organizzazione estera francese;Supportare il Responsabile Amministrativo negli adempimenti fiscali, interagendo anche con il consulente fiscale di riferimento;Monitorare i flussi di pagamento coordinandosi con la tesoreria centralizzata di Gruppo;Predisporre dei report relativi alle previsioni finanziarie a breve e a medio-lungo termine;Supportare le attività svolte dalla Società di Revisione e dal Collegio Sindacale.QualificationsLaurea in Economia;5 – 7 anni di esperienza pregressa in ambito amministrativo, maturata all'interno di contesti strutturati o presso società di revisione o studi commercialisti;Ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili italiani e internazionali;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dell'applicativo SAP/FI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
