Talent Solutions is the Manpower's Group company that integrates the three strategic solutions RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Right Management, and TAPFIN to provide 360, innovative, and data-driven solutions for talent management throughout the professional life cycle.From talent attraction and acquisition to upskilling, development and retention, we offer and implement projects with the support of the best technologies and insights on the world of work, helping Talents to access the most suitable Organization, and enabling them to accelerate their business performance, anticipating future needs.With a view to strengthening one of the most prestigious companies with an international scope, present throughout Italy with several production facilities, is looking for a/an Avionic System Engineer The identified resource, with a degree in Engineering will work in a dynamic and technological environment in the role of Avionic System Engineer.Avionic System Engineer is the focal point in the Engineering Department for definition, development, integration and certification of Avionics systems, such as Displays, Computers, Communication and Navigation Systems, Mission Systems.Avionic System Engineer interfaces with all the other functional Areas within and outside engineering department.The main activities are the following: Avionics and Electrics System requirements definition derived from End Customer operational requirements and Certification Requirements, Definition of electro-avionics integration by Functional Schematics preparation to be used as input for helicopter installation drawings, Conduct the Avionics System Development Lifecycle, in terms of design, test and qualification reviews, Preparation of detailed supplier specifications and monitoring supplier development and qualification, Preparation and execution of Bench Test procedures and Helicopter test procedures for the Avionics and Electrical systems, Preparation of Certification documentation for Avionics and Electrical Systems, Support to Production and Customer Support for troubleshooting analysis and helicopter test execution.HARD SKILLS Knowledge/Interest in aircraft/helicopter systems Be able to deal with certification processes Fluent in English (both spoken and written) SOFT SKILLS Capabilities to work in cross-functional team environments, Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving, Site: Varesevetrinabakeca
