Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the preparation of monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Assisting with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.Collecting, organizing, and validating financial data from different departments.Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.Assisting in cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis.Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.Supporting data extraction and dashboard creation (e.g. Excel, Power BI).Collaborating with senior team members on ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.What We Are Looking ForRecently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.Strong interest in finance, controlling, and data analysis.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Solid knowledge of Excel; basic exposure to Power BI or similar tools is a plus.Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.Good level of English (written and spoken).Internships or academic projects in finance are a plus.What We OfferInternship with strong learning content in a fast-growing EdTech company.Direct exposure to real financial processes and business dynamics.Continuous mentoring from senior finance professionals.Opportunity to develop practical skills in controlling, reporting, and financial analysis.Hybrid working model.Internship compensation is 800 euro for six months.Concrete growth opportunities for top performers.Location: Rome (Italy); hybrid modeBefore You ApplyEPICODE is a challenging and ambitious environment.
