STE Energy srl., società del gruppo Altenia, realtà internazionale attiva nel settore degli impianti per energie rinnovabili e infrastrutture elettriche, è alla ricerca di un Site & Electrical Supervisor da inserire nella divisione Erection, Commissioning & Service.La risorsa fungerà da riferimento operativo in cantiere per tutte le attività di montaggio elettromeccanico, assicurandone il coordinamento tecnico e gestionale e garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità e delle tempistiche contrattuali.Opererà in stretta collaborazione con il Team di Progetto, i subappaltatori, il Cliente e la Direzione Lavori, fornendo supporto anche durante le fasi di pre-commissioning e collaudo.Per la posizione in oggetto siamo in particolare alla ricerca di:Site & Electrical SupervisorAttività Principali:- Coordinare le attività elettromeccaniche di cantiere e supervisionare le attività svolte dalle squadre di lavoro; - Verificare documentazione tecnica, materiali e avanzamento lavori; - Assicurare il rispetto di tempi, budget, qualità e procedure di sicurezza; - Supportare il Site Manager nelle relazioni operative con il team di commessa, clienti, DL, Coordinatore della Sicurezza e fornitori; - Supporto operativo durante le fasi di pre-commissioning, test e collaudi, con emissione della relativa documentazione.Requisiti necessari:- Esperienza nella supervisione e nel coordinamento di attività di montaggio elettromeccanico in ambito industriale o infrastrutturale; - Competenze tecniche e conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza; - Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) per la gestione di report e documentazione; - Capacità di gestione di team e subappaltatori; - Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.Soft Skills- Comunicazione efficace; - Capacità di lavorare in team; - Orientamento agli obiettivi; - Capacità di problem solving; - Leadership; - Autonomia; - Orientamento alla qualità.Luogo di lavoro:Cantieri su territorio nazionaleI candidati ritenuti in linea con il profilo ricercato saranno contattati nelle prossime settimane.Ringraziamo tutti coloro che hanno inviato la propria candidatura per l'interesse dimostrato nei confronti del nostro Gruppo.Tutte le candidature ricevute saranno comunque conservate e valutate per eventuali opportunità future.
