Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are looking for IT Finance Manager - Product Owner who will work with Global IT Core Team.Within all countries where Bata have business, the candidate will have the following main roleResponsibilitiesManage the implementation of new ERP platform across regions worldwide focus on financeAnalyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy in translating business process in IT solutionParticipate actively in new ERP project and follow accounting and controlling implementation (design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live)Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvementsCoordination and collaboration with External Consultants;Manage roll out for all companies of the group worldwideDefine and organize the user training and ensure an optimal adoption of the ERP applicationsManage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systemsOther Roles and ResponsibilitiesGrant the standardization of the application landscape at a regional levelManage budgets, resources, and relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners related to the ERP transformation streamDevelop business case and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiativesWork closely with regional and global IT Enterprise applications team on setting regional standards and ensuring adoption of policies and proceduresManage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test booksRequired Experience5/7+ years of experience on ERP management3+ years of Project & Program Management3/5+ years of experience in Retail/Fashion industryProven experience in supporting finance (Accounting general, payable, receivable, asset mgt and Controlling) design and implementationProven experience on Microsoft Dynamics365 platformInternational multi-industry experienceSkillsFluent in English is a must, Italian is a plusPassion for IT, technology & innovationTeam and vendor managementProgram and Project ManagementPlanning and organizing skillsGood communication skills (interaction with multicultural environment, professional document writing, etc.)Team leadershipKnowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practicesCapability to work remotely (considering the resources are allocated in the Regions)Problem solving attitude and proactive approachSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bata Group by 2xGet notified about new Product Owner jobs in Padua, Veneto, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
