# Client Service & Sales Support | Asset ManagementClient Service & Sales Support | Asset ManagementSalary€NegotiableLocationMilan, Metropolitan City of Milan, ItalyContractPermanentIndustryInvestments---ContactPaola an **Asset Management firm** with a strong presence in the Italian market, we are looking for a **Client Service & Sales Support Specialist.** The role offers significant exposure to the full investor relations and business development lifecycle.**Responsibilities**The successful candidate will carry out the following activities:* Support Business Development in day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on operational coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups and pipeline tracking.* Data organization & cross-team coordination: coordinate CRM updates and investor databases and provide client activity and pipeline reports;facilitate internal workflows with Investment, Risk, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth information flows.* Investor communication support: contribute to client reporting, investor newsletters and performance updates by gathering data and input from internal teams.* Support Sales & Marketing material preparation: updating existing materials and ensuring consistency (presentations, pitchbooks, fund factsheets, etc.).* RFP & Due Diligence process management: coordinate the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, questionnaires and data requests from prospects and existing investors, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate submissions.* Event & meeting coordination: assist in organizing investor meetings, webinars and conferences, including scheduling, logistics and materials preparation.**Requirements*** **2 to 4 years of experience** in a financial institution (e.G.
