Siamo alla ricerca di una/un Field Engineer da inserire all'interno del nostro Ufficio Customer Service.La risorsa opererà a livello Worldwide e si occuperà dell'installazione, avviamento, collaudo e manutenzione di macchine e impianti per il settore Food & Beverage, garantendo un elevato livello di servizio presso i clienti.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESInstallazione e montaggio di macchine e impianti presso i siti dei clientiAvviamento e collaudo delle macchine, garantendo il corretto funzionamento e il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche (SAT – Site Acceptance Test)Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle macchine e impianti, sia on-site che da remotoDiagnosi e risoluzione di guasti tecnici (elettrici, meccanici, automazione)Formazione del personale del cliente sull'utilizzo e la manutenzione degli impiantiRedazione di report tecnici dettagliati sugli interventi effettuati utilizzando gli strumenti aziendaliMantenere una relazione positiva con i clienti, assicurando professionalità e rispetto delle tempisticheWE ARE LOOKING FORDiploma tecnico o Laurea in ambito meccanico/elettrico/automazioneConoscenze tecniche in ambito meccanico, elettrico e automazioneCapacità di lettura di disegni tecnici, schemi elettrici e P&IDConoscenza di macchine automatiche per il processo alimentare (Food & Beverage)Conoscenze informatiche: Windows, SalesforceConoscenze linguistiche: Inglese (obbligatorio), preferibile francese e/o spagnoloSoft skills: problem-solving, flessibilità, autonomia, gestione dell'urgenza, resistenza allo stressDisponibilità a frequenti trasferte, anche di lunga durataWE OFFER:Inserimento in un contesto stimolante, acceleratore di esperienze dove poter accrescere competenze tecniche, specialistiche e trasversali attingendo a percorsi e opportunità di apprendimento continui.Inquadramento e retribuzioni competitivi e allineate con le competenze e le esperienze acquisite.Company Benefits e Welfare aziendale sono al centro delle nostre iniziative People Oriented.Promuoviamo la diversità garantendo eque opportunità di impiego e di crescita: gli annunci di lavoro sono pertanto rivolti ad ogni persona senza alcuna discriminazione.
