About BYDOur Purpose is tobuild a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature.We are looking for talent that connects with this mission and want to create positive impact by joining a diverse and dynamic team.BYD is a leading, high-tech multinational, based in Shenzhen, China.Operates in four core fields of IT, automotive, new energy, and rail transit and employs over 300,000 people worldwide.As a global pioneer in New Energy Solutions BYD is dedicated to building a zero-emission ecosystem.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver weekly and daily sales funnel reports by integrating data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, Wecom, BI tools), external sources (data providers), and dealer networks.Prepare and automate advanced reporting on sales, stock levels, deliveries, credits, and invoicing.Support the Sales Planning team in producing and sharing reporting to monitor market share, dealer performance, effectiveness of commercial actions, and sales KPIs, targets, and network performance.Develop sales forecasts and predictive analyses to support commercial planning and inventory management.Support the definition of sales targets at dealership level, monitor performance, and analyze variances.Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing) at both national and European levels to optimize information flows.Technical SkillsDegree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables).2–3 years of experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.Knowledge of statistical tools (Python or R) is a plus.Ability to analyze commercial KPIs, sales performance, margins, and channel performance.Familiarity with CRM systems.Professional SkillsStrong business orientation and results-driven mindset.Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.Good communication and presentation skills.High level of autonomy, precision, and attention to detail.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance.Health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers.Company-wide and department teambuilding events.The opportunity to contribute to Europe's transition to zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.Our PurposeWe are building a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.Join a diverse and dynamic team that strives to make a positive impact on the environment and society.??#J-*****-Ljbffr
