Raw Material Planning and Tactical Procurement Specialist Join LivaNova, a global medical technology company focused on cardiovascular devices and neuromodulation, to help shape the future of patient care.About the roleAs a key member of the supply chain and procurement team, you will support raw material planning, manage supplier relationships, maintain documentation, and assist buyers in sourcing and pricing of materials.Essential Job FunctionsReceive predetermined work assignments and provide administrative support to the procurement department.Maintain files, logs, and records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.Update information in computer systems and assist in expediting orders.Contact vendors to obtain prices, schedule delivery dates, and prepare standard requests for quotation.Handle pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies.Skills and Experience3-5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, and procurement.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data/document handling.Strong communication skills in English.Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Preferred ExperienceExperience with ERP systems, preferably BPCS and SAP.BenefitsWe value patients first, meaningful innovation, agility, quality, integrity, collaboration, and inclusivity.Senior LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob FunctionManagement and Manufacturing (Medical Equipment Manufacturing)LocationMirandola, Emilia-Romagna, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
