Title:Onsite Hardware Support & Inventory Technician (4-Hour SLA )Location:Abu DhabiEmployment Type:Contract / On-Call Basis / FreelanceOverview:We are seeking reliable and hands-on field technicians based inAbu Dhabito support a4-hour SLA project.The primary responsibility is tostore client-dispatched hardware parts,maintain basic inventory, anddeliver/replace parts on-sitewhen support tickets arise.Key Responsibilities:Receive and securelystore hardware parts and IT equipment(provided by the client).- Maintaininventory recordsand ensure all items are easily retrievable.- Upon ticket notification,transport the required parts to the client sitewithin SLA timeframes.- Coordinate with remote IT support teams to ensure successful resolution.- Ensurecamera or IT equipment storage is safeand compliant with client standards.- Provide status updates, photo verification, and completion reports after each dispatch.Requirements:Must haveaccess to a local warehouse, garage, or secure storage areasuitable for holding IT parts.- Valid driver's license and vehicle(to transport parts to the client site).- Ability to respond quickly andreach sites within 4 hoursof ticket assignment.- Good communication and reporting skills.
