Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Gruppomanifatturieroitaliano a forte caratterizzazione industriale nella lavorazione della materia prima per canale btob.Posizione:Rispondendo al General Manager, la persona sarà chiamata ad assicurare la realizzazione delle strategie aziendali in termini di gestione e ottimizzazione delle risorse afferenti alle funzioni produttive, pianificazione e programmazione della produzione, manutenzione, supply chain e controllo qualità.Dovrà inoltre garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi in termini di volumi, resa ed efficienza produttiva, standard di qualità, tempi e costi stabiliti.Ilruoloavrà le seguenti responsabilità:assicurare la corretta pianificazione dei costi, in funzione del budget operativo assegnato, monitorando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produttivitàdefinire e monitorare gli indicatori e i KPI delle Operationsgarantire la condivisione con i propri collaboratori della mission e dei valori aziendalidefinire carichi di lavoro e obiettivi dei collaboratori, gestendoli e valutando la performance in un'ottica di sviluppoverificare i programmi di produzione in relazione alla pianificazione vendite per garantire la spedizione dei prodotti nei tempi richiestiseguire le attività legate alla ridefinizione e implementazione di nuove procedure e processi in un'ottica di Continuous Improvement assicurandosi che tali processi siano coerenti rispetto alle necessità interne ed esternerisolvere eventuali irregolarità che si dovessero riscontrare nei processi produttivi e agire in caso di mancato raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnatidefinire i piani di crescita e formazione del personalegestire la logistica facendosi promotore di un miglioramento continuo dell'organizzazione in esseresupervisionare i progetti di manutenzione nel rispetto della pianificazione degli interventi ordinari e straordinariRequisiti:Ilprofiloidealepossiede una Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico e una buona esperienza in posizione analoga, maturata presso aziende di processo (lavoro su turni) strutturate ed organizzate a respiro internazionale, nonché un forte focus sull'efficienza.Completano il profilo professionalità, etica, credibilità ed equilibrio, forte orientamento ai risultati, competenze comunicative, flessibilità e adattamento, capacità di analisi.Partecipa positivamente al lavoro di squadra ed è in grado di gestire, con spiccate doti di leadership, team complessi.È necessaria la buona conoscenza dell'inglese, la padronanza delle principali applicazioni informatiche Office Automation e dei pacchetti informativi che caratterizzano la funzione.Altre informazioni:Sede di lavoro:provincia di Vicenza.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementManufacturingProductionIndustriesManufacturingGet notified about new Director of Operations jobs inMontebello Vicentino, Veneto, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
