CHI SIAMOPowering Spa, azienda leader in Italia per il noleggio di gruppi elettrogeni, distribuiti in oltre 60 centri logistici in Italia; il nostro personale altamente qualificato è equipaggiato con una flotta di oltre 392 mezzi, inclusi veicoli 4x4 per raggiungere anche le zone più remote d'Italia, garantendo la consegna dei generatori in tempi record, grazie alla nostra centrale operativa attiva 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, per coordinare tutti gli interventi in tempi rapidissimi.IL TUO RUOLOLa risorsa selezionata avrà la responsabilità della gestione e del coordinamento della flotta aziendale composta da mezzi adibiti al trasporto dei gruppi elettrogeni.L'obiettivo principale sarà garantire l'efficienza operativa, l'ottimizzazione dei costi e il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza e trasporto ADR, coordinando in modo efficace i turni e l'attività degli autisti.Nello specifico le sue responsabilità saranno:• Pianificazione, organizzazione e monitoraggio delle attività di trasporto gruppi elettrogeni sul territorio;• Coordinamento e gestione operativa degli autisti, pianificando turni e orari di guida nel rispetto della normativa vigente;• Supervisione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria della flotta, in collaborazione con officine interne/esterne;• Controllo e monitoraggio dei costi legati al carburante, ai pedaggi, alla manutenzione e all'uso dei mezzi;• Gestione della documentazione di trasporto e rispetto delle procedure ADR;• Monitoraggio dei KPI logistici (tempi di consegna, consumo carburante, efficienza mezzi, rispetto normative di sicurezza);• Gestione e risoluzione di eventuali anomalie operative, incidenti o problematiche legate alla flotta o ai trasporti;• Interfaccia con la Direzione per report periodici e proposte di miglioramento.REQUISITI• Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli di coordinamento logistico o fleet management, preferibilmente nel settore trasporti carburanti o merci pericolose;• Conoscenza delle normative ADR e delle disposizioni su tempi di guida e riposo degli autisti;• Competenze nella gestione dei costi e capacità di ottimizzazione dei processi logistici;• Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, software di monitoraggio flotte);Sede di lavoro: Fragagnano (TA)Inserimento previsto con inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza maturata.
