About BasicNet GroupBasicNet is the first marketplace in the clothing industry that owns several well-known brands in the apparel, footwear, and accessories market, including Kappa®, Robe di Kappa®, Jesus® Jeans, Superga®, K-Way®, Sebago®, Briko®, Sabelt®, Woolrich® and Sundek®.Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.About K-WayK-Way is a well-known brand for adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts.Born in the heart of Paris in ****, the brand revolutionized the rainwear market by introducing the world's first lightweight and waterproof jacket that could be conveniently folded into a small pouch.More at Who We're Looking ForFor our temporary store in Olbia, we're looking for a Junior Store Manager.As a Junior Store Manager, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence, managing the daily operations and strategic management of the store.You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness.Reporting directly to Area Manager in charge, you will play a key role in assisting the team and contributing to the store's overall success.Key Responsabilities- Supporting the customer in the sale;- maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;- replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; managing cashier operations;- operational coordination of the internal staff in collaboration with the assigned Area Manager (definition and management of store staff schedules, monitoring of store performance and KPIs).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required- At least 2 years of previous experience as a Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Assistant in an established retail reality (fashion or footwear field);- knowledge of store management dynamics, KPIs, and staff scheduling management;- knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;The ideal candidate has excellent ability to coordinate and manage staff, ambition and desire for growth.Flexibility and motivation complete the profile.Placement with a fixed-term contract, full time (40 hours per week).K-Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.In addition, K-Way offers opportunities for professional and personal development, providing the resources and tools necessary for growth and success.
