Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Inventory ControllerAbout this opportunityWe are looking for anInventory Controller, for our plant in Parma (Italy) which produces beverage aluminium cans, operating 7/7, 24h/24h on a continuous shift system.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Inventory Controller ensures accurate inventory management reconciliation, packaging materials coordination and warehouse operations, while supporting the reporting and KPI monitoring of the department and ensuring stock levels meet production needs and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Month-EndPlan and coordinate stock takes across all warehouses.Manage FG inventory and adjustments in SAP.Handle invoicing and reconciliations.Packaging MaterialsVerify physical vs. system stock counts.Coordinate customer collections of packaging materials.Monitor sorting efficiency and utilization.Prepare reports and KPIs.Warehouse OperationsManage collection of empty IBCs and pallets.Liaise with suppliers for returns.Register complaints and prepare invoicing documentation.Reporting & AnalysisDraft and share reports, forecasts, and presentations.Monitor KPIs to support decision-making.Skills & QualificationsDegree in Economics or Engineering, with a spcialisation in Supply-Chain.Fluent in Italian and English, strong Excel skills.SAP knowledge and prior experience of minimum 2 years in similar roles preferred.Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility, customer orientation and safety mind-set.Proactive mindset and ability to work under deadlines.Additional InformationPeople and Team SkillsSafety MindsetBusiness Understanding and Customer OrientationCommunication SkillsFlexibility and Adaptability to ChangeLearning and Continuous ImprovementPlanning and Organization SkillsProblem Solving and Decision Making SkillsCosa vi offre CrownWorking TogetherL'accessibilità, l'equità, la diversità e l'inclusione sono tratti distintivi della cultura "Working Together" di Crown.Il nostro obiettivo è valorizzare e rispettare ogni singolo individuo favorendo un ambiente dove ognuno si senta rappresentato.Il nostro impegno nella promozione della "sicurezza psicologica" che permette a tutti i colleghi di esprimersi in maniera autentica, è un elemento imprescindibile alla creazione del senso di appartenenza a Crown.Functional Area: Sourcing and Supply ChainExperience Level: Experienced professional#J-*****-Ljbffr
