Esplora la tua prossima opportunità in un'organizzazione Fortune Global 500.Immagina possibilità innovative, sperimenta la nostra gratificante cultura e lavora con team di talento che ti aiutano a migliorare ogni giorno.Sappiamo cosa serve per guidare UPS verso il futuro: persone con una combinazione unica di competenze + passione.Se hai le qualità e la motivazione per guidare te stesso o i team, abbiamo a disposizione ruoli per permetterti di coltivare le tue competenze e permetterti di progredire.Descrizione ImpiegoThe Airfreight Aerospace Export Operator is responsible for managing and coordinating the export of aerospace-related goods via air freight.This role ensures shipments comply with international trade regulations, aviation standards, and customer requirements, while meeting strict timelines and quality expectations typical of the aerospace industry.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end air export operations for aerospace components, parts, and equipmentPrepare and verify export documentation (Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export licenses, etc.)Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and aerospace/aviation standardsLiaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departmentsMonitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issuesHandle time-critical shipments with accuracy and discretionEnsure correct packaging, labeling, and handling in line with aerospace and IATA regulationsMaintain accurate records in freight management systemsProvide shipment updates and excellent customer service to clientsSupport audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to export complianceRequired Skills And CompetenciesKnowledge of airfreight export processes and documentationFamiliarity with IATA regulations and international customs proceduresHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGood communication skills, both written and verbalProblem-solving and proactive decision-making abilitiesCompetent with logistics software and Microsoft Office toolsQualifications And ExperiencePrevious experience in airfreight exports.Knowledge of export controls and compliance (e.g., dual-use or controlled goods) is an advantageExperience working with airlines and global freight networksJob Location: Peschiera Borromeo (MI)Tipo Di Dipendente: A tempo indeterminatoUPS si impegna a fornire un luogo di lavoro privo di discriminazioni, molestie e ritorsioni.#J-*****-Ljbffr
