Location:Montepulciano, ItalyStart Date:Spring **** Season (with onboarding starting early ****)About UsTenuta Golo is a private wine estate in Montepulciano known for producing premium wines and offering exclusive hospitality experiences.For next season, we are launchingsix luxury suites, transforming the estate into a high-end boutique retreat for discerning international guests.We are seeking an experiencedHospitality Managerto build and oversee the full guest experience—from booking to checkout—ensuring every stay is seamless, memorable, and profitable.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of six luxury suites and guest areasDeliver exceptional guest experience aligned with a premium international standardOversee check-ins, concierge services, reservations, and guest communicationsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teamsManage breakfast and light F&B serviceDevelop guest upsell strategies (wine tastings, estate experiences, wine club enrolment)Ensure 5-star level reviews and repeat bookingsHandle guest billing, reporting, staffing schedules, and operational budgetsThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end agriturismiStrong communication skills inEnglish and Italian(other languages a plus)Strong IT skills, including use of project management software, MS Word, MS Excel and MS OutlookA natural host with a commercial mindsetHighly organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing small teamsPassionate about wine, Tuscany, and creating unforgettable guest experiencesLiving in Val d'Orcia or Val di ChianaWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryThe opportunity to lead a flagship hospitality project at one of Tuscany's rising boutique estatesA dynamic, international working environmentTo apply:Please send your CV and a short cover message explaining why you are the right fit to
