Social & Content Manager Entra a far parte della squadra di RealizeCerchiamo un Social & Content Manager che diventi parte integrante del nostro team content, con l'obiettivo di supportare, gestire e valorizzare le attività dei nostri Talent.In questo ruolo sarai responsabile dei progetti brand e organici legati ai talent che ti verranno assegnati, contribuendo sia alla fase creativa sia a quella di execution.Avrai l'opportunità di entrare in contatto diretto con i talent e di tradurre i loro valori in contenuti digitali coinvolgenti.Le tue responsabilitàDefinire la content strategy dei talent e dei progetti a te affidati;Pianificare e curare il piano editoriale sui social network;Gestire la community e rispondere a commenti e messaggi;Creare contenuti in collaborazione con il team di produzione;Analizzare dati, monitorare performance e preparare report;Supportare progetti di marketing e comunicazione;Collaborare con i team delle varie aree aziendali per ottimizzare le campagne brand e organiche.Chi stiamo cercandoRisorsa curiosa, creativa e appassionata del mondo dei social e dei trend digitali;Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni nel supporto alla creazione di contenuti;Competenze professionali nell'uso dei principali Social Media;Abilità di copywriting e storytelling;Capacità di realizzare analisi di mercato e brand per proporre idee e progetti orientati ai risultati;Ottime competenze di time management e organizzazione del lavoro;Buone capacità relazionali, dinamicità e proattività;Laurea in comunicazione, marketing o affini;Ottima conoscenza di Excel, PowerPoint e lingua inglese.Cosa offriamoLavoro in un team giovane e dinamico;Smartworking 1-2 giorni a settimana;Ticket Restaurant;Contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno – RAL €******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
