Overview FILIALE: MILANO SERVICES - SPECIALIZZAZIONE: CORE SKILL - Fashion & LuxuryGrafton Fashion&Luxury* è un team dedicato a valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati nel mondo della moda e del lusso.Siamo un team di professionisti appassionati, lavoriamo per accompagnare i nostri candidati verso le mansioni ed i contesti aziendali più coerenti con le loro competenze e le loro aspettative.Per prestigioso Luxury Brand ricerchiamo:Team Manager _ Luxury Brand _ MilanoSarai inserito/a all'interno della boutique di un prestigioso Luxury Brand in centro a Milano.ResponsibilitiesSupporto alla figura di Boutique Director nella supervisione della boutique, dal raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business al training dello staff.Guidare il team nell'ingaggio e nella fidelizzazione del pacchetto clienti.Formazione e sviluppo del personale, restituzione di feedback on to one.Analisi dei KPI's e supervisione delle operazioni di vendita e allestimento con l'obiettivo di garantire un client experience esclusiva.QualificationsEsperienza pregressa in ruoli di middle management presso realtà del Luxury Retail.Dinamicità, solarità e passione per il settore.Ottime competenze comunicative, predisposizione al lavoro in team e solide capacità di leadership.Doti organizzative e forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Orario di lavoro: Full time (40h), secondo turnazioneContratto: a tempo indeterminato, diretto con Azienda clienteCCNL di riferimento: CommercioRetribuzione e benefit: Livello e RAL saranno commisurati al livello di esperienza della risorsa + Ticket €8 + Sistema premiante e Welfare aziendale.Luogo di lavoro: Milano centro*Grafton Fashion&Luxury è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
