La figura sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per lo sviluppo delle logiche macchina e degli applicativi PC, gestendo sia le risorse interne che le collaborazioni con consulenti e partner esterni.Responsabilità:Coordinamento del team di sviluppo e pianificazione dei tempi di progetto.Gestione dei rapporti tecnici con fornitori esterni di software e consulenza.Definizione delle architetture software per l'integrazione tra macchine e sistemi aziendali (Industry 4.0).Supervisione del passaggio tecnologico verso nuovi standard di comunicazione (MQTT, OPC-UA).Requisiti:Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di progetti software industriali.Background tecnico su sistemi PLC/CNC o applicativi PC (.NET/Delphi)Spiccate doti relazionali, leadership e capacità di mediazione con partner esterni
