Job description Il titolare della posizione, rispondendo direttamente al Responsabile della funzione Facility, si occuperà di gestire le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria legate agli impianti e infrastrutture degli stabilimenti aziendali.Responsabilità monitorare ed ispezionare gli edifici, garantendo il funzionamento ed il mantenimento degli ambienti di lavoro e servizi ad essi correlati (impianto elettrico, illuminazione, antintrusione, antincendio, termoidraulico, climatizzazione, aria compressa) e delle attrezzature (carelli elevatori, automezzi, ecc.) in collaborazione con i colleghi; gestire, monitorare ed analizzare i dati creando dei report dedicati, utilizzando i sistemi informatici; programmaree pianificare le manutenzioni necessarie.La mansione prevede lo svolgimento del servizio di reperibilità seguendo la turnazione prevista dalla funzione, per assicurare il mantenimento dei servizi sopra descritti.Istruzione Diploma in ambito tecnico (preferibilmente termotecnico/termoidraulico).Esperienza Si richiede un'esperienza pregressa in ruoli similari di almeno due anni.Competenze tecniche Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e della posta Elettronica.Costituisce titolo preferenziale la capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici (es. schemi elettrici, schemi idraulici, ecc.) e la conoscenza ed uso dei programmi specifici (es. AutoCAD e/o DraftSight).Caratteristiche personali Si richiedono ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità e disponibilità, precisione, attenzione alla qualità e orientamento alla sicurezza, oltre a una buona propensione alla gestione e risoluzione di problematiche diverse.
