Do you want to play a key role in shaping Humand's content and brand presence across EMEA???We're looking for aContent Specialistto support our regional Growth Marketing efforts by creating high-quality, value-driven content that elevates our digital presence, drives demand, and strengthens Humand's positioning in the EMEA region.This is a unique opportunity to make real impact while working closely with teams across different countries in a fast-growing company backed by Y Combinator, one of the world's top startup accelerators.We're seeking someone creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong self-management skills and the ability to produce content across multiple formats.Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager for EMEA, supporting and proposing content initiatives that contribute to regional growth strategies.Create and manage the EMEA content calendar across key fronts such as social media, blog posts, lead magnets, email marketing, ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing assets.Produce high-quality, value-driven content across these fronts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Humand's tone and messaging — while adapting content to the context and nuances of EMEA markets.Support regional campaigns, events, and HuTalks by providing the content assets required for each initiative.Collaborate closely with Global Content, Design/Multimedia, Paid Media, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth execution and coherent messaging across all assets.Develop clear and actionable briefs to support the creation of visual assets and campaign materials.Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to identify relevant topics, trends, and insights that strengthen content proposals for EMEA.Strong fluency in English and Spanish,with excellent writing and communication skills for both internal coordination and content creation.3+ yearsof experience producing content for B2B audiences; experience in SaaS or the HR market is a strong plus.Proven experience adapting content to different countries and audiences, with astrongunderstanding of the EMEA marketand its regional nuances.Experience creating content acrossmultiple formats, with consistent quality and messaging.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in parallel.Analytical skillsto review content performance and propose improvements that support decision-making and action planning.A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively withcross-functional teamsin a distributed environment.??
